SurveyIntuit provides survey collection, analysis support, reporting, insights, application workflows, and secure portal features. Authorized users may use the portal only for legitimate program and organizational purposes.
2. Accounts
Users must protect their username and password, use only their own account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Account access may be suspended to protect the portal or its users.
3. Survey and Application Information
Users are responsible for providing accurate information. Submission does not guarantee acceptance into any program. Review scores and analytical outputs are intended to support, not replace, human judgment.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, upload malicious material, interfere with service operation, impersonate others, scrape protected content, or use the portal unlawfully.
5. Uploaded Files
Only upload content you are authorized to provide. Files may be screened by type and size and retained according to organizational policy.
6. Availability and Changes
The portal may be updated, maintained, or temporarily unavailable. Features may change to improve security, usability, or program administration.
7. Intellectual Property
SurveyIntuit branding, interface materials, and original portal content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. User-provided content remains subject to the rights of its lawful owner.
8. Disclaimer
Analytical results are informational decision-support tools. Program administrators remain responsible for reviewing submissions and making final decisions under their policies and applicable law.
